You start next to the old Bech railway station, discover the natural site of Bildchen in Altrier (a large oak tree over 1,000 years old) and finish at the 300-metre-long Bech Tunnel. The Devil's Gorge or Teufelsschlucht
The Devil's Gorge was formed towards the end of the last ice age, around 10,000 years ago, following one or more rock collapses. Gorges, faults and crevasses make up the rock formations of the Ferschweiler plateau.
