The Forest of Arques la Bataille
Hike in the forest of Arques la Bataille, a beautiful beech forest.
Pass by the Saint-Étienne pyramid or obelisk to enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Arques valley.
Part of the path is no longer maintained ( see the Dieppe news article).
In the meantime, I suggest an alternative route starting from point (11).
Eaulne Valley, Grèges Plateau
A lovely walk in the Eaulne valley and on the Grèges plateau with beautiful views of the valley. Departure near the mill and the river, swimming possible. Visit to Ancourt and Martin Église.
Pass through the Arques National Forest.
Derchigny-Ancourt
A lovely walk through the orchards of Derchigny.
Discover the castles of Clieu, Wargemont, and Sauchay.
Lovely views over the Eaulne valley.
Arques Forest and the ponds
A pleasant hike starting from Martin-Église, a charming village crossed by the Eaulnes river, with pretty houses to discover along the way. You can take a short detour to explore its natural area.
Pass through the magnificent Arques forest with its beech trees.
Descend into the Varenne valley and its ponds, with lovely views.
Return through the Arques forest via the Obelisk.
Countryside and beach from Belleville-sur-Mer
A hike to discover the Belleville-sur-Mer valley and the charms of the seaside resort of Berneval-le-Grand. A short detour via Derchigny to discover the cider apple orchards and the Château de Bois Clieu.
The Côtes de Glicourt
A very beautiful little walk in the Glicourt valley.
A beautiful valley to discover in spring, full of flowers: daffodils, hyacinths and other wildflowers.
It is not uncommon to see deer grazing in the meadows or little squirrels racing through the trees.
This walk offers views of the Château de la Vauvaye and the beautiful Mahomet estate.
Arques-la-Bataille Castle and the Varenne ponds
The hike takes you to the ruins of Arques-la-Bataille Castle, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the three valleys below thanks to its privileged location.
You can also visit the small village of Martigny, with its beautiful houses, priory and rivers.
This hike ends with a visit to the Varenne ponds and the Arques-la-Bataille water sports centre.
Arques-la-Bataille, its ponds, the forest
This hike allows you to visit the ruins of Château d'Arques and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the three surrounding valleys thanks to its privileged location.
Pass by the Varenne ponds and the superb Pont de Pierre bridge. Return via the Arques Forest and its magnificent beech trees.
From Saint-Martin-Plage (Petit Caux) to Criel-sur-Mer via the GR®21
Afternoon ofthe 7th day with a passage near the Penly nuclear power plant and one of the most beautiful stretches ofthe GR®®21along the top of the cliffs from Penly to Criel-sur-Mer.
Dieppe, its quays, its sea wall, its beach and its Place Duquesne
Walking in town and on the beach. A beautiful and simple way to discover the port of Dieppe (one of the five largest cities in Normandy) and its opening onto the English Channel in less than two hours of walking. You can explore the town in more depth by staying there for the whole day.

This walk takes you from the countryside to the forest, with some pleasant passages on the return leg along the small branch of the river that runs through the commune of Saint-Ouen-sous-Bailly.

Puys - Camp de César - Braquemont
A short hike, half in the city and half in the countryside, to discover Dieppe, its seafront, its marina with its two bridges, the Ango lift bridge and the Colbert swing bridge, both of which are Dieppe landmarks. Visit the town centre and the Grande Rue, the salt well and the famous café "Les Tribunaux".
Pass through Puys, where Alexandre Dumas père died, and its beach.

Walk taking us through La Chaussée and the Bois Hullin to descend to Longueville-sur-Scie and visit the ruins of the feudal castle of Gauthier Giffard.
La Valouine
Hike to discover the fortified farm of La Valouine, a listed historical monument built in 1602.
The route largely follows route 23, the "Circuit des Antipodes", and the red and yellow marked long-distance hiking trail.
