Departure: Ancourt mill on the banks of the Eaulne.
(S/E) Follow Rue des Moulins to the left for 500 metres. When you reach the school, turn right onto the road leading to the church. Then turn left and, at the stop sign, turn left for 50 metres.
(1) Take the first right, Rue de la Gare. Go up, follow the street on the left, cross the railway line and continue to the left. Take the first path on the right that goes uphill. At the junction with the D920, follow the path opposite, which continues uphill to the junction about 700 m away.
(2) Continue right towards the hamlet of Coqueréaumont. Go straight through the hamlet via Rue de la Croix d'Ancourt. Continue straight ahead; there is a station 500 m on your left.
(3) Continue straight ahead for 300 metres and turn into the first road on the left until you reach the end of the road at 1,400 metres.
(4) Turn right, then left after 100 metres. Continue straight ahead, then turn left onto Place de la Mairie. At Les Tourelles, continue straight ahead. Turn left at the next "Give Way" sign.
(5) At the right-hand bend, leave the D100 and follow the ordinary local road No. 2 on the left. At the end of the road, turn right. At the junction with the D920, continue on the road opposite until after the right-hand bend at approximately 100 m.
(6) Follow the first road on the left towards the plain for 500 m. Continue around the bend to the right and after 300 m you will arrive at the intersection.
(7) Turn left onto Chemin du Mont d'Eu, which descends into the valley for 900 m.
(8) At the stop sign, turn right, cross the bridge over the railway line, take the D54 opposite towards Saint-Aubin le Cauf, continue left on the D1 and pass in front of the Auberge du Clos Normand.
(9) Turn left immediately after the inn, onto the small bridge over the river (cycle path). Continue straight ahead for 400 metres.
(10) Take Chemin d'Imbleval on the left for 2 km until you reach the power line.
(11) Pass in front of Pontrancart Castle and continue to the end of the path.
(12) Turn right towards the forest. Follow the path uphill and into the forest for 1,000 metres until you reach Rond du Congrès. Take the path opposite for 20 metres.
(13) Turn left to follow theGR® just before plot 63 (the path may be difficult to see, look for theGR® marker on a tree 10 m away). Follow theGR®, at the end of the path turn right, after 60 m turn left, continue on the path (GR®) to the end, at the junction with the main road.
(14) Turn left, follow the path (Route des Quatre Quartiers) for 900 m until you reach a fork.
(15) Take the path on the right (on the left you can see the Hêtre la Porteuse d'Eau), follow the main path downhill until you reach a power line.
(16) At the end, turn right. At the intersection, take the path on the left towards the valley. Leave the GR®. Cross the small bridge and head towards the mill (S/E).
