Route of the three towns around Thorigné-en-Charnie
Here you will discover the rich heritage of the Coëvrons: chapels, churches, lime kilns and mills. This route will also reveal the beauty of our landscapes through the steep-sided paths, caves and Saulges canyon. You will also spot the unflappable aurochs!
On the side of Mont Rochard
This route, which has little elevation gain, is an opportunity to discover typical villages and hamlets with rich granite architecture. This route is marked "No. 22" on the yellow directional signs.
Château de la Grande Courbe in Neau
Accessible by train from Neau station (where there is also a car park), the route allows you to explore the Coëvrons countryside, the village of Neau and its church decorated with medieval frescoes (open daily), and the Château de la Grande Courbe, open to the public in July and during Heritage Days. Most of the route follows quiet roads and paths through the bocage.
Stone, water, forest and iron from Mézangers
This 20.5 km route invites you to linger over the beautiful granite architecture of the village of Mézangers and its superb Château du Rocher, to walk around the Étang du Gué de Selle pond while observing the rich surrounding flora and fauna, to cross the Bois d'Hermet woods and even take an ancient path.

Route from the Oratory starting from Saulges

It is ideal for all nature lovers: on foot, by bike, or even on horseback!

The Vègre
This route, which forms a double circular route along the Vègre, will take you past a variety of biodiversity and heritage sites.
Route de La Croix de Pierre – Préaux / Ballée Route Ballée and Préaux
This route will allow you to discover the Mayenne countryside and its landscapes. Don’t miss the Croix des Chouans, a 3-metre-high monument erected in the 19th century and featuring a medieval cross. Finally, once the walk is over, don’t forget to take a look at the River Erve and the pretty houses lining its banks.
Route de Ballée in Chémeré-le-Roi
Set off through the Mayenne countryside to discover the ruins of old lime kilns and the superbThévalles mill, nestled in the Erve valley. From the Ballée bridge, a lovely view of the old mills. A journey back in time awaits you in Chémeré-le-Roi as you wander through the narrow streets with their richarchitectural heritage.
Heritage and History in Jublains
Starting from the centre of Jublains, this walk will allow you to discover the Gallo-Roman remains of the town as well as the Chapel of Doucé.
