Circular route of Hautefage-la-Tour via the churches of Saint-Thomas and Saint-Just
This largely shaded route, with little road, links Saint-Thomas Church to Saint-Just Church via the Lestaque Stream valley.
Circular Monbalen
A short circular route alternating between roads and paths between Monbalen-mairie and Monbalen-village. This route passes through the Caoulet valley to the north and Saint-Antoine de Ficalba to the west before reaching the old village of Monbalen to the south.

This walk follows a route along the banks of the Garonne and through beautifully landscaped paths right in the city centre. It is particularly recommended in winter, when the hiking trails are impassable, and in spring, to enjoy the landscaping.
Short circular loop around Puymasson
This short walk, marked in yellow, follows the Saint-Médard / Puymasson walking trail. It offers a beautiful view of the Garonne valley at the start, takes you through a lovely forest, past a point of interest (a memorial to a plane crash) and along very quiet paths. Suitable for young children.
