Puget-Ville walks
The Col de la Bigue and the Rossignol from the Sainte-Philomène Chapel
This hike, which starts at the Sainte-Philomène Chapel, offers beautiful views of the plain to the east as far as the Hyères Islands. To the south-west, beyond the Col de la Bigue, it is bordered by the Cuers hills.
Le Trou du Bœuf starting from Rocbaron
A beautiful "wild" hike on the ridges of Puget-Ville, then the "Thèmes" trail.
Ruins of Saint-Sauveur
An easy, short walk to discover the ruins of the feudal castle of Saint-Sauveur above Rocbaron.

Le Fédon via the Sauvecanne and Les Vidaux ridges
Thefirst half of this hike is a variation of the Pierrefeu - La Portanière hike published on this website. Take the Chemin de Sauvecanne to reach the southern ridge of the Vallon Loubier. Join the ridge trail and take the Piste du Fédon.
The return journey presents no particular difficulties and the scenery is magnificent.
The Château le Castellas in Forcalqueiret
A walk in the hills of Forcalqueiret Castle: Le Castellas.
As access to the ruins has been prohibited since 2017, this circuit brings together several pleasant trails that reveal the castle from different angles.
Circular along the Issole from Sainte-Anastasie via Perremenguier
Circular starting from the tourist station at Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole. A few tarmac paths, but a beautiful hike nonetheless. This hike is not difficult.
The Saint-Quinis ridge starting from Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole
The walk to the Saint-Quinis Chapel offers exceptional views of the Issole Valley from the ridge.
Pierrefeu - La Portanière
A beautiful hike, a little difficult due to the steep inclines, but which leads to splendid panoramic views in the Forêt des Maures.
Pierrefeu and the Cabane des Gardes (GR51)
A hike looping around the Maures hills in the middle of cork oak forests.
Lush vegetation with beautiful views of East Toulon.
You take a portion of the GR51 called "The Balcony of the Mediterranean".
Through the narrow streets and memories of Pierrefeu-du-Var
Nestled against a rocky peak, Pierrefeu-du-Var reveals itself as a Provençal gem at the gateway to the Massif des Maures. This picturesque village invites you to stroll through its narrow streets, where every stone seems to whisper history. The route naturally leads to the site of Sainte-Croix, the spiritual and historical cradle of the commune.
The Bees of Cuers
This is a walk I'm really enjoying at the moment with flowers along the route and a view of the Barres de Cuers.
There's little difficulty, the false-flat is long, after the hives on the descent, so be aware.
The hives are magnificent.
Barre de Cuers
A beautiful hike, with a good climb and a superb view of the heights. It's a shame about the end, 30 minutes of tarmac...
Notre-Dame de Santé in Cuers
A short climb to the Chapelles Sainte-Christine and the Chapelle Notre-Dame de Santé with its sundial on the ground. This is also an opportunity to discover part of old Cuers and the various wash houses along the way.
La Barre de Cuers via Les Veys
A very pleasant loop that takes you along the Barre de Cuers via Les Veys. The lower part is on a green trail. The upper section, along the Barre, offers magnificent views with Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant and the main peaks of eastern Toulon in the background. The west-east orientation of the Barre means you can avoid the mistral wind. Despite strong winds, the trail is sheltered and easy to walk. Spring is the best season as it gets hot in summer.
Notre-Dame des Anges
A beautiful hike in the Maures mountains, with the ascent of Notre-Dame des Anges. The 360° panorama includes views of the Hyères islands, the Collobrières valley, the Maures plain and Sainte-Baume.
The Vallon de Cavaillon
A short, invigorating hike that first climbs the Vallon de Cavaillon through the forest to the foot of the Amarron, then joins the Bois de Garéoult for a pleasant descent through oak undergrowth. Can be completed as a circular hike in two hours at a good pace.
L'Amarron from Garéoult
A fairly challenging hike to a little-visited summit with splendid views of the coast, the Maures, Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire and the Verdon.
La Bergerie du Défens
An easy walk in the Garéoult Communal Woods. The route alternates between paths through oak woods and stony tracks. The woods provide food for goats, which graze on the bushes and low oak foliage. Their milk is made into cheese at the Bergerie du Défens.
Sainte-Christine Chapel tour - Valcros and the Trubis Cave
This route takes you along rediscovered paths and, above all, through the hamlet of Valcros with its square, chapel, tree and oven. Next, head to the Trubis cave when there is water.
Afterwards, head towards the Castellas oppidum, but that will be for another time, and return to the Saint-Christine Chapel to appreciate its history and the view.
From Solliès-Pont to Solliès-Ville
Discover a small path which, after a steep climb, leads to the Solliès-Ville orientation table.
