A lovely, easy walk along well-marked paths. It offers a beautiful route from one pond to another. Please note: avoid during hunting season.

This hike, known mostly only to locals, is a little gem for a relaxing walk with friends or as a couple. There are lots of animals along the way, including wild animals, but also donkeys, Percheron horses, sheep and goats.

A beautiful love story, already romantic at a time when marriages were rather conventional. Paradoxically, the wealthy Marquis de Laborde built a sumptuous palace on the site of the demolished medieval castle, where he wanted to invite the elite of his time and resume the escapades that the Duke had so strongly condemned. The Revolution passed and the Marquis, once so powerful, lost his property and his head!

Take care when crossing the woods, as the flora and fauna here are best observed in silence, before continuing along the Oudon valley, which winds peacefully through the pastures.
