Morvillers-Saint-Saturnin walks
Route of the three castles and five churches starting from Aumale
This lovely circular route, with no difficulty other than its length, winds through farmland, pastures and woods. It offers the chance to appreciate the architecture not only of several castles and religious monuments, but also of the villages you pass through. The old town centre of Aumale, with its town hall and majestic church, is also well worth a short detour.
From Saint-Léger-aux-Bois to the Forest of Eu

This easy, short walk takes you through a lovely little valley between the woods (where you may spot roe deer) before passing through Rogeant and Toeufles. Look out for some typical Picardy houses as well as the châteaux of Rogeant and Toeufles. The climb back up to the plateau offers a beautiful view of the Trie valley, before heading back to Houdent.
The ponds and marshes of Mareuil-Caubert
This hike is an invitation to discover the fish-filled ponds and marshes of the Somme. You will enjoy the fauna (grey heron) and flora (wild fritillary) characteristic of the region.

Le rideau de Favery, short version
Rideau: a rather local term for a hedge of copses to break the wind, which is commonly found on this hilly route in the heart of the green Vimeu region. There are some lovely stretches along the banks of the Trie and a ford near the Chaussoy manor house that is well worth admiring before tackling a steep climb through the undergrowth. This route is signposted by the local council, but this version is a shortened one.
The Longroy Ponds - Gamaches
The walk sometimes allows you to discover that sailing, canoeing, kayaking, pedalos, stand-up paddleboarding and fishing are also possible on the Étang de Gamaches.

A pleasant hike starting from Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, a village nestled in the Bresle Valley. After a detour to the Vimeu plateau in Dargnies, you can enjoy the green and relaxing landscape of the ponds. You will walk along the Bresle, the natural border between Hauts-de-France and Normandy.

Countryside, river and valleys in Nolléval
Hike along the Andelle, winding through fields, surrounded by valleys in vast natural spaces. Numerous panoramic views punctuate this route, as well as a pretty castle with its outbuildings, dovecote and the ever-present Andelle river.
Andelle Valley between Nolléval and Le Boulay
You start from the old Noléval station, on the former secondary line from Charleval to Serqueux. After walking along the Andelle river, which winds its way through the valley, you can enjoy a balcony overlooking the valley. This walk, which is accessible to children aged three and above, offers beautiful views of the valley and allows you to admire some of the region's traditional buildings.
