   The old mills of Maravant

   7.68 km 122 m 115 m

   A varied hike that combines peaceful paths through meadows with trails with a slight incline. You will pass through a heavily wooded area where old water mills once stood, the remains of which are now difficult to make out. Extensive panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains punctuate this route.

   A balcony-like path above the Dranse, starting from Féternes Vieux

   A short hike, mainly through woodland, offering a beautiful view of the Dranse valley and the Jura Mountains. Several other points of interest enhance the route: a chapel, an imposing lime tree, the remains of a tuff quarry, a cup-marked stone and a wayside shrine.

   The Henri IV lime tree and the Gerbaz mills

   A varied hike that combines peaceful trails through meadows with sweeping views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. The hamlets of Châteauvieux, with its chapel and 400-year-old lime tree, and La Gerbaz, with its mills dating back to the 16th-18th centuries, add a wonderful touch of heritage.

   Petite boucle entre Champanges et Larringes

   The Oratory of Perron

   The Perron oratory was built on a hillock that is the highest point of the Plateau de Gavot (910 m). From this small summit, as well as from much of the route, you can enjoy extensive views of the northernmost peaks of the Chablais (Mémises, drystone shelter, Oche, Ouzon, Billiat). A family hike that follows paths or small roads with very little traffic.

   The Forest of Larringes and some drinking fountains in the Pays de Gavot

   Boucle de Cré Bouché et du Maravant

   Une randonnée sur le Plateau de Gavot à deux visages. On déambule tout d'abord entre prés et petits bois, avec de belles vues sur les sommets avoisinants. La dernière partie du parcours est très ombragée et l'on appréciera de sinuer le long de la rivière Maravant.

   Le Marais et le Sentier du Maravant

   À la découverte des milieux humides du Plateau de Gavot, cette courte randonnée emprunte le sentier de découverte du Marais du Maravant puis serpente le long du ruisseau du même nom. Le retour s'effectue à travers le bois des Buissons Brûlés. Un parcours très majoritairement ombragé, idéal pour une promenade les jours de forte chaleur.

    Following the Ugine around Bernex

    Flowing down from the foot of the Dent d'Oche, the Ugine river waters Bernex before joining the Dranse d'Abondance. This short hike largely follows the course of this river, passing through pretty hamlets and taking in two 19th-century chapels and a sacred cave, with the peaks of the Mémises-Oche massif as a backdrop.
