Viewpoint Trail in Basse-sur-le-Rupt

Balcony circuit on the heights of Basse-sur-le-Rupt (or Planois) below Haut du Roc.
This permanent circuit was mapped out by the Planois senior citizens' club.
It can be done in both directions.
Piquante Pierre trail, Col de la Croix des Moinats, Haut du Roc

A beautiful route, 80% of which is uncovered. Lots of paths and trails and few paved roads. The route runs along the edge of the forest with beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and peaks.
Le Mettey, Le Bouchot and La Hazelle

Very beautiful panoramic views of the Moselotte valley with picturesque little balcony paths.

Panoramic walk on the Hauts de La Bresse and Cornimont. Wide paths for the most part, 200 metres of paved road. A walk to enjoy with the family and "brave little walkers".
Cascade de la Pissoire and Haut du Tot

A lovely walk at altitude to the highest village in the Vosges department.
The Grande Charme peat bog

A pleasant hike around the La Charme biological reserve. No significant elevation gain, easy to follow thanks to the Club Vosgien markings. Some beautiful views of the valley at the start and a magnificent finale crossing the peat bog.
Loop on the Haut de Belué

A short but very beautiful hike to the summit of Haut de Bélué, 870 m high. It overlooks the Grandrupt valley and offers a superb panorama of the Haute Moselle valley, dominated by the silhouettes of the Alsace and Servance balloons. The site features a forest chalet open to the public, a children's play area, picnic tables and an orientation table with a view of the Vosges ridges.
Tholy Way Crosses Trail

This easy route invites you to discover Le Tholy from different angles.
This loop, which is fully marked with green rings and red crosses, follows small roads, forest tracks and footpaths.
Suitable for pushchairs, the aim of this walk is also to discover the village's wayside crosses.
Large and small waterfalls of Tendon in a loop

An easy hike that passes by two pretty waterfalls, with trails through the woods and the Vosges countryside. The route follows the typical Club Vosgien signage, which may seem a little complex and confusing at first but, with a little practice, proves to be particularly effective, provided you have an IGN map to refer to.
In Le Ménil-Thillot: Tête des Champs, Chapelles de la Salette and Chapelles de Pitié

A superb four-hour walk in the hills above Ménil-Thillot (between Cornimont and Le Thillot), best done in May or June when the meadows and broom are in bloom! This easy walk is an unforgettable foray into the bountiful nature of the Hautes-Vosges.
Le saut de la Bourrique

Saut de la Bourrique is a waterfall in the Vosges mountains in the commune of Gérardmer.
The legend associated with the name of this waterfall actually comes from a bourrique that belonged to a lord. Returning from the crusades, he was attacked by bandits, and to protect him the animal threw itself on them at the foot of the waterfall, where it perished with the miscreants.

Three Chapels Circuit

A very beautiful circuit in the hills above Ménil-Thillot. There are a few sections in the forest, but most of the time there are beautiful views in all directions.

Haut du Riant, Rochelotte, Tête des Champs, Cote 1008

This is a beautiful hike, which can be done in a day, starting from the Ventron-Frére Joseph ski resort. Mostly in the forest, it will allow you to discover the Rochelotte area and the magnificent view from the Tête des Champs. There are three shelters along the route where you can eat and take a break.
