Access: Remiremont, Saint-Amé, Vagney, then head towards Haut du Tot. Stop at La Croix des Hêtres, near a riding centre.
(S/E) From the car park, take the wide Chemin du Haut des Charmes towards the Cascade de la Pissoire (Green Ring). At the next crossroads, turn right onto Chemin de la Pissoire. Enter the forest, go downhill and reach the waterfall.
(1) Next to the large sign marked "Chemin de la Pissoire", take the path on the right (Red Ring and Blue Ring) which climbs steeply to reach a wide path. Turn right. At the next crossroads, follow the path (Red Ring and Blue Ring) which branches off to the left towards Haut du Tot along the edge of the forest to Carrefour du Grisard.
(2) Then follow the wide path on the right that climbs up to the village of Haut du Tot and reach the church.
(3) Turn left onto the tarmac road which climbs slightly to a crossroads. Turn right onto the dead-end road known as Chemin de Blancfaing. A few hundred metres further on, where the tarmac road ends, turn right onto a small path which descends and widens towards the Étang de Blancfaing (private property). At the next crossroads, turn right onto the wide path that climbs up to the Jardins de Bernadette: the starting point for a photo trail that is renewed every year. After your visit, head south to the Croix de l'An 2000.
(4) From there, continue (north-west) along the wide path (red disc and green ring) to the crossroads.
(5) Turn left towards the Croix des Hêtres restaurant (red disc). When you reach the restaurant, follow the path (green triangle) to the left and you will reach the summit of Moyemont and its orientation table (863 m above sea level). Magnificent 360° view
(6) Retrace your steps to the previous crossroads.
(5) Descend to the left on the path, then turn right onto a tarmac road. Pass a riding centre and return to the car park (S/E).
