Bonnes (Vienne) walks

Undergrowth, fields, banks of the Vienne, ramparts of Touffou, arboretum... There is plenty of variety on this pleasant little route, which is best done in dry weather.

An outing to the site of the Battle of Nouaillé-Maupertuis, which in 1356 saw the defeat of John II, King of France, by the English forces led by the Prince of Wales, known as the Black Prince.

A route exploring the troglodytic landscapes, created by the exploitation of the Tuffeau quarries, with beautiful views over the Envigne valley. The route is marked in green, starting from the Marigny-Brizay town hall.
