(S/E) Turn right towards Poitiers, stay carefully on the same road, pass a garage and the police station, and turn right at the three-way junction. Pass the first path on the right, THEN take the path on the right just after the road, which is on the right. Follow theGR® Pays des Trois Batailles de Poitiers.
(1) Beautiful farm on the right. Continue along this path and, at the T-junction, turn right onto a more stony path with a view of the Moulière forest.
(2) At the three-way junction, at the start of the woods, take the path on the left (the most open part) and follow this beautiful path downhill for 750 m to the road. Turn right for 50 m, then turn left onto the small path.
(3) Cross the small wooden bridge and rejoin the road on the right, which becomes a path after a few metres. Follow theGRP® to the top of the plateau.
(4) Leave the "Sommière de Bel Air" on your right, staying on theGRP®, on a wide dirt track for 250 m.
(5) Leave theGRP® and, in front of the house, descend to the right onto the carriageway. Return to the hamlet of Chabonne and continue to the end of the path.
(6) Turn right onto the road, then after 200 m, turn left onto a stony path until you reach the road. Turn right, continue along this road for 300 m and take a path on the right that runs almost parallel to the road.
(7) Continue straight ahead on this grassy path and, at the three-way junction, turn left, continue on this path which becomes a road and go to the stop sign.
(8) Cross the two streets and turn right onto Rue du 11 Novembre, lined with houses. Then, between numbers 26 and 35, turn left onto Rue du Moulin.
(9) Walk along the Vienne river, pass in front of the church and turn right onto Grand'Rue to return to the starting point. (S/E).
