(S/E) As you leave the car park, turn left into Rue de la Fontaine (the campsite is on your right).
(1) At the junction, turn left towards "La Fontaine". When you reach a small housing estate, the road turns into a dirt track.
(2) At the fork, turn right. In front of the entrance to Château des Groges, turn left. After 200m, turn left again (signposted “Sentier des Choucas”).
(3) At the next junction, turn right. Ignore a path on the left and leave the woods. Continue along the main track to Beauvais, ignoring all paths on the right.
(4) On leaving Beauvais, turn left. Just before a housing estate, note a pretty pond on the right.
(5) Take the path on the left just after the Perchaie farm. Walk past the farm buildings then continue between the fields. When you reach the road, turn left towards La Barre. At the fork at the entrance to the village, turn right (signposted “Sentier des Choucas”, Rue des Fauvettes). Then take the first street on the right, Rue des Bouvreuils.
(6) When you reach the water reservoir (on the right), take the small shaded path on the left. At the next junction (sewage treatment plant), follow the Chemin de la Barre to the right. Admire the Châteaux de Chauvigny, directly in front of you. Stay on the road and pass through the hamlet of Le Clos Ragon.
(7) At the junction, turn left onto Rue de la Puye. Immediately take thefirst left onto Rue du Talbat. At the end, turn left again and head for the campsite car park (S/E).
