Le Malvan and the Bois de la Sine
An easy semi-urban hike from the Ara district of Vence, best done in spring and summer. It will allow you to discover the Malvan nature reserve and part of the Bois de la Sine. Most of the route is through woodland, with a few transitional sections along the roadside. The elevation gain is not difficult and is mainly at the beginning and end of the route, when you climb up from the lowest point: the bed of the Malvan river.

Le Puy de Naouri from Vence
This route takes you to the Puy de Naouri, which overlooks the entire Vence area, both on the sea and mountain sides.
This hike, starting from Vence, seems to me to be more interesting and enjoyable than the one starting from Tourrettes-sur-Loup, even though it is longer, as it does not follow any tarmac roads.

From the Notre-Dame des Fleurs residence, the route begins by following the Malvan Route. Then, after the Medieval Chapel of Saint-Raphaël, an off-trail route takes you to the summit of the Croix de Malvan, a peak parallel to the Puy de Naouri. The latter marks the end of our route for the day.

Baous de la Gaude and Saint-Jeannet
A double loop in a landscape combining heath, karst plateau and numerous dry stone terraces.
The climb up the two baous offers exceptional views of the coastline from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes... not to mention the view of the hinterland from the Baou de Saint-Jeannet with the Saint-Barnabé plateau, the Cherion Massif and the peaks of the Mercantour between the Argentera and Mont Bégo.
Return via the Plateau du Baou, where you can discover two drystone shelters.
Baou de la Gaude
Walk to the summit of Baou de la Gaude overlooking the Var valley. Magnificent landscapes of heath and panoramic views of the sea and valley.
Baou de Saint-Jeannet
An easy hike in spring or autumn.
At the top of the Baou, there is a magnificent view of the French Riviera with a very accurate orientation table to identify the points along the coast and the surrounding peaks.
From the old Tourrettes-sur-Loup railway line to Les Courmettes
Once you have finished visiting the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, this hike takes you back along the old railway line, which has been converted into a road and footpath. The second part, which is physically demanding, involves climbing up to the wooded area of Courmettes, along a little-used path running alongside the cliffs, offering beautiful views of the coastline.
Le Puy de Naouri via the Combe de la Baisse
Starting from Tourettes-sur-Loup, this hike offers breathtaking views. A 360° panorama stretching from the bay of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to the bay of Antibes on one side, continuing on to the peaks of the Mercantour.
