Ascension of the Côte Blanche through Évreux
At the gateway to Normandy, Évreux is a city steeped in history and culture, surrounded by forests and charming valleys. A hike through the undergrowth, rivers and panoramic views of the Côte Valeme and Côte Blanche hillsides, then along the banks of the Iton with its old wash houses.
Circular between Caugé and Parville
A route through the countryside, plains and forests, where you may encounter wildlife if you approach it in the right way.
The Dolmen de la Pierre Courcoulée in the Évreux Forest
A mainly forest route that also includes a country path along the Sec Iton and leads to a well-preserved Neolithic dolmen.

This hike is mainly in the woods and should be done in hot weather.
The circular Hirondelles loop starting from Autheuil-Authouillet
This is a varied, not particularly difficult hike, which takes you on a circular route starting from the village of Auteuil-Authouillet, passing through Sainte-Colombe-près-Vernon and Champenard.
Of the 11.6 km of this hike:
- 3.4 km are in the woods,
- 4.7 km are in meadows/plains
- and 3.5 km are on roads.
Around the village of Le Cormier
Short hike from the village of Le Cormier (27). No difficulty. Glimpse of the Normandy countryside between hills and plateau. Cross the village and surrounding countryside, woods and ponds to discover. Beautiful farm that you can see at Bois Milon.
The Ruaux route
An easy flat route that is suitable for children, on foot or by bike. Along the way, you will come across several ponds where it is not uncommon to see ducks and herons.
From Sainte-Christine Church to Notre-Dame Church
Set among plains, fields and forests, this family hike is ideal for nature lovers. In spring, beautiful wild daffodils appear along the grassy path, delighting young and old alike. Later in the season, the blossoming orchards remind you that you are in Normandy!
The Heudreville-sur-Eure circuit
A pleasant walk with some beautiful views and a very nice section along a fishing estate. A good route for exploring this pretty corner of the Eure.
The trails of the Iton
Discover a multifaceted site located on the banks of a river where the lapping of its various branches reveals the remains of mills that were once very common here. The hillsides offer magnificent views of the Eure and Iton valleys. Explore the forest where some unusual inhabitants await you, whether animal or plant, such as certain trees with outstretched branches.
The Valley of the Crows
This is a short, varied route, where you will pass some beautiful Norman houses, an old church and a farmhouse inn dating from the 13th century. Half on tarmac, half on paths, this route is not very difficult, even if the hill leading to the D830 puts hikers' calves to the test!
In the land of wash houses around the Saint-Ouen stream
This route is quite pleasant, even though it is mainly on roads. In fact, more than 9 km of the 13.5 km route is on tarmac.
Along the way, you will pass three churches, some beautiful views overlooking the Saint-Ouen stream valley, and several wash houses that remind us that in times not so long ago, laundry was still done by hand!
History and nature in Pinterville
This walk reveals a charming village with a rural character, its church, castle and pretty houses. Set off to explore its enchanting plains, hillsides and forests, while photographing the flora and fauna of the undergrowth and the multitude of varieties of wild orchids nestled in the ditches at the edge of the forest.
The bird coast at Fontaine-Bellenger
This route allows you to alternate between the agricultural landscapes of the plateau and the charm of the hillsides. After exploring the Seine and the beautiful residences that line it, you will appreciate the panoramic views as you climb. Then set off to discover the charming village of Venables, its history and its architectural heritage.
The hillsides of Heudebouville
Heudebouville offers exceptional natural sites such as the hillsides that form a protected area known as a ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique) from Saint-Pierre-du-Vauvray. Explore the many ponds and springs located on the plateau, as well as its island known as "Lormais". The village's architectural heritage will surprise you with its priory on the banks of the Seine and its splendid bread oven at the start of the hike.

A very pleasant unmarked route where you cross the Iton several times. It is also an opportunity to discover the former home of the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda and the beautiful Chambray Castle along the way.
