Refine your search for walks in Drôme
The Serre des Aigles in Aouste-sur-Sye

A lovely autumn hike offering numerous views of the Vercors, the peaks of the Saoû forest and the Baronnies. The route crosses rural farmland, where vineyards and fields give way to forest. There is a bit of road at the start.
The Crêtes de Crest

A pleasant walk in the hills above Crest offering beautiful views of the southern Vercors, the peaks of the Saoû Forest, the Ardèche mountains and the Drôme valley. As a bonus, you can explore Crest and its heritage at the start and end of the walk.
Cul de Drôme
A flat hike along the Drôme to its mouth at the Rhône. Discover unspoilt nature with its fields, hedges and pretty paths along the dykes. You will see the fish pass, the Viarhona cycle route, swans, great cormorants and more.
Avoid in winter when there are strong north winds.
The Crête de Ramiat

The Crête de Ramiat is the flagship hike from Sainte-Croix, and rightly so! Admittedly, there is a bit of road at the start, but then there are wide paths or well-marked trails and, above all, splendid panoramic views of the Drôme Valley and the Vercors. The passage along the ridge can be tricky in short sections for those prone to vertigo and requires sure-footedness in places. However, it is possible to avoid this section without missing out on the beauty of the landscape.
