Discover the Roches de Mortevieille, a site of pink Vosges sandstone in the middle of a pine and fir forest.

This short hike allows you to discover three ponds and the beautiful Vosges forest, not far from Val d'Ajol, in just a few kilometres. A very varied walk, even if it is short.

This hike is accessible for the whole family. We did it with our 6- and 12-year-old children, who walk regularly. Along the way, you will discover ponds near Girmont-Val-d'Ajol. Two-thirds of the way along the route, you will have a very pleasant view of the Moselle valley. Enjoy your walk. Please note that the ponds are private property, so please respect these areas.

A beautiful shaded walk in the Fossard Forest, which has no shortage of points of interest: the beautiful Chapelle du Vieux Saint-Amé, the magnificent Saint-Mont esplanade, the Pont des Fées and the Miraumont waterfall. At the summit of Saint-Mont, a vast grassy area is ideally suited for a picnic break and offers, as a bonus, a magnificent 360° panorama of the Moselle and Moselotte valleys.

A bucolic hike through the pretty village of Girmont-Val-d'Ajol. There are numerous ponds (often private) and paths, many of which are shaded. A few kilometres on quiet roads.

An easy hike that can be enjoyed by families with children. Magnificent view of the Remiremont valley from Roche Tocquaine.

A beautiful hike in the forest with no viewpoints except for the Roches de Thin. Worth doing in hot weather, as the scent of the pine trees makes it worthwhile.

Credit where credit is due: this permanent hike was mapped out by members of the Le Syndicat "Sports Loisirs" Association. This association is part of the French Federation of Popular Sports. The trail is marked with the logo of the International Federation of Popular Sports (an "i" and two "V"s). As the trail is extremely well marked, brave little walkers can easily serve as guides for their parents.

A short but very beautiful hike to the summit of Haut de Bélué, 870 m high. It overlooks the Grandrupt valley and offers a superb panorama of the Haute Moselle valley, dominated by the silhouettes of the Alsace and Servance balloons. The site features a forest chalet open to the public, a children's play area, picnic tables and an orientation table with a view of the Vosges ridges.
