The inhabitants of Quesnoy-le-Montant are called Quercitains, hence the name of this walk. As for Cahon, the starting and finishing village, you will find a flour mill that is still in operation and produces flour, one variety of which is reserved for the "Avocette" baguette sold in Quesnoy-le-Montant, but also in other bakeries in the Somme.
