Park in the car park at the Maison des Hortillonnages.
(S/E) Head down towards the canalised Somme via Boulevard de Beauville and reach the towpath.
(1) Take the lane on the right to go around the Jardin Publique, then turn right to follow the canal. Cross it and return to the car park.
(S/E) Take the underpass, walk along the small lake and continue along Chemin du Malaquis to reach the crossroads with Rue de l'Arbre de l'Épée.
(2) Turn right, continue along Route Robert Petit then Rue Georges Matifas and you will reach the entrance to Rivery.
(3) Turn right onto Rue Octave Cayeux and you will soon reach the edge of the marsh. Walk along Pré du Gouverneur and then Pré des Chevaux until you reach a crossroads near Canon Town Hall.
(4) Turn right onto Rue Marius Petit. You will soon reach the crossroads of the towpath and the
GR®800.
(5) Turn right onto this path and follow the red and white markings. Walk along the left bank of the Canal de la Somme until you reach the Hortillonnages.
(6) Stay on theGR® to return to the initial crossroads you passed on the way there.
(1) Turn right and retrace your steps to return to the car park at the Maison des Hortillonnages (S/E).
