Loop from Mirecourt to Poussay and Mazirot: heritage and nature

Please note: the section of the route from point (10) is currently impassable due to fallen trees along the stream. To return to the starting point, head towards Circourt by following the road (D39) to the right, then turn left into Rue de la Chapelle, which passes in front of the church, and continue straight on along the road that extends from it to join the D39a. Cross it to find the path you took at the start and follow it to the left to return to the car park.
Barrès Brunehaut route on the Hill of Sion
This superb route offers an exceptional view of the Saintois and Xaintois regions from the Monument Barrès, as well as beautiful panoramas throughout the route, which is exclusively on footpaths. It also allows you to discover the very pretty medieval village of Vaudémont and its ramparts.
Route of hot springs in Xirocourt
This route takes us to the large Arpontois Oak via a pretty path in the Bois d'Arpontois, climbs above the Blanches Côtes to take us to Bralleville via the plateau with magnificent views of the Vau farm and the Saintois. From Bralleville to Xirocourt, the return journey is via a path between fields and the river.
Valère Fountain Circular in Frizon
This is an easy walk that follows the blue chestnut leaf markings and takes you to the Fontaine Valère fountain.

The wild Moselle from Mangonville
This is a pleasant walk offering beautiful views of the Moselle and allowing you to discover the ruins of the medieval castle of Bainville-aux-Miroirs, as well as an old nail factory and its large wheel, an industrial relic in a rural setting. In the second part of the route, a path through a nature reserve allows you to get close to the wild Moselle and its surroundings before following the Canal de l'Est (southern branch) along the shaded towpath.

The surroundings of Relanges
An easy hike on the edge of the Vôge, in the Darney forest. A double circular to be done in a day, featuring monuments and ruins from different periods.
Étang de la Comtesse
This walk will take you through the Ban d'Uxegney National Forest, starting with the Étang de la Comtesse and its peat bog, where you can discover the little "firefly nymph", frogs, water lilies, marsh marigolds, yellow bladderwort and floating bulrush. Not to mention the sundew, which is an insectivorous plant.
Throughout this walk, you will also discover the Roches d'Olima, its powder magazine and the supply canal for the Bouzey reservoir.
