                Explore the hills of Saint-Cirgues on this hike. The trail passes through chestnut groves, crosses the Ruisseau Noir stream and offers views of the Haut-Ségala plateaus.                 Route of the two mills around Saint-Cirgues            
            
        
                Follow the paths through the hills of Saint-Cirgues to discover the remains of the water mills along the Veyre (on the border between Lot and Cantal). Throughout the hike, you will find signs highlighting the vernacular architecture of the Ségali region. Although mainly through forest, the walk still offers beautiful panoramic views of Aveyron and Cantal.

                In the commune of Saint-Gérons, on the banks of the Saint-Étienne-Cantalès dam lake, a footpath circles the Presqu’île d'Espinet. This path is right at the water's edge and a little narrow between points (3) and (4): it is best to avoid pushchairs.

                Loop around Notre-Dame de Belpeuch            
            
        
                A loop, mainly through woods, starting from the charming and picturesque sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Belpeuch, which means "the beautiful mountain". Located in the heart of the Xaintrie, it contains a magnificent statue of the Virgin Mary, dating from the 15th century. There are a few steep slopes, but the walk is pleasant. Good walking shoes are necessary.            
            
            
    
                
                The Vineyard Trail in Conques            
            
        
                Located in the heart of the Lot Valley, Conques-en-Rouergue, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" and "Villages of Charm in France", is an essential stop on one of the Saint James' Ways, the GR®65 - the Via Podiensis. As you walk around the Abbey Church of Sainte-Foy (12th-13th centuries) and through the narrow streets, you can admire the beautiful half-timbered houses.The hike crosses the medieval village, then passes through the vineyards, offering beautiful views of Conques and the Dourdou valley.            
            
            
    
                
                On the cliffs of the Célé, starting from Espagnac-Sainte-Eulalie            
            
        
                Between Figeac and its confluence with the Lot, the Célé river crosses a limestone plateau. It winds its way between cliffs offering stunning views of the valley. This hike follows part of the river's course. The elevation gain on this walk will delight the more athletic, but it can also be easily split into two to suit everyone.            
            
            
    
                
                Route of the Château des Anglais in Brengues            
            
        
                This splendid route has many attractions: the Château des Anglais clinging to the cliff, the Priory of Espagnac-Sainte-Eulalie and several superb views of the Célé Valley.

                Short urban walk along the Jordanne, then into the Cantal mountains, a stone's throw from the centre of Aurillac. Beautiful views of Aurillac and the Chaîne des Puys.

                This beautiful hike will take you past the stunning Font Nègre spring to the Bout du Monde (End of the World) viewpoint, which offers magnificent views.
Note dated 25/02/2023: following the closure of the communal path that bypassed the Castanet farmhouse on the left, a new communal path has been created.
