Car park near the church and cemetery in Terrou (Le Bourg).
(S/E) From the Relais Cap France reception, go down the Lacapelle-Marival road. Cross the D19 and then the bridge over the Bave.
(1) At the crossroads, take the second road on the right. Pass in front of the equestrian centre. In the bend on the left, at a place called Les Près de la Rivière, there are sandstone sarcophagi, the remains of an early medieval necropolis. Stay at the bottom of the valley.
(2) Leave the yellow marked path that climbs to the left and continue straight ahead to the D19. Follow the D19 on the left and cross it at the entrance to Plagnes.
(3) Take the first small road on the right, passing a farm. Follow the winding road up to the telephone relay stations.
(4) Cross the "Champs de Lafarge" and enjoy the view of the Saint-Céré valley and its towers. After the relay stations, cross the field, veering towards the bottom left to follow the small forest path that descends from the hill. At the bottom, turn left then right to join the D217.
(5) Go down the road on the right to the pond, then leave it via the path on the left. At the top, you will reach a crossroads, elevation 433.
(6) Go down the gravel path that leads to the hamlet of "La Veyrière".
(7) Before the farmhouse, turn right to discover the Bave valley. At this point, you will see a sign for "Terrou, 2.3 km", where you will find the yellowPR® and orange equestrian trails.
(8) Cross the wooden bridge and climb up, pass a small stone bridge and its waterfall and continue climbing until you reach the D39.
(9) Follow it to the right to reach the village of Terrou and the car park near the cemetery (S/E).
