The Bidot Lakes
Easy walk around the various lakes of the Bidot estate between Fonsorbes, Plaisance du Touch and Frouzins.
This route starts at the park entrance and the Salle Bidot in Fonsorbes.
La Boule Bleue via the bamboo forest
Starting from the Fontenilles sports ground, this circular route takes you to the Lias radar station (Boule Bleue), with plenty of trails and undergrowth.
Between Lias and Fontenilles
Circular route of just over 8 km starting from Fontenilles Stadium, featuring an ascent through the Bois des Magnolias, followed by a descent and then a climb back up the valley where the Ruisseau des Crabères flows, before returning to the stadium.
The owner of the Bois des Magnolias has closed the old path that climbed along the southern edge of the woods but, in return, has given us permission to use a new path that winds a little further into the woods.
The blue ball and return via Lias
A walking route starting from the Fontenilles stadium to the blue ball of the Lias radar, with the return journey taking a different route through the hills of the Gers. The blue ball is a landmark for the entire region, being located on high, open ground.
Bonrepos-sur-Aussonelle and Lias from Fontenilles
Circular, mainly in the forest or forest edge, with relatively little asphalt. May be muddy in places (field edges and tractor tracks) after rain. Some beautiful views of Lias, Bonrepos-sur-Aussonelle and the Toulouse plain.

Starting from the Fontenilles sports ground, a circular route towards Lias.
This route was used for the hike organised in aid of the Manon Hope Association, whose aim is to help fight leukaemia, particularly in children.
The 31 km of the Route 31 starting from Saint Lys
A long route starting from the car park at the Saint-Lys boules ground, passing through several towns in Haute-Garonne. Much of the route follows theGR®86. This route can be shortened by omitting the circular route to Lake Parayre, reducing the distance by around ten kilometres.
This route was developed by the ENVOL association in Saint-Lys to raise funds to help in the fight against rare diseases.

Come and escape to the bucolic surroundings of Bonrepos-sur-Aussonnelle, on the border between Haute-Garonne and Gers.
Between the heights and the undergrowth of Saiguède
This easy route allows you to explore some of the many paths in the commune, offering beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the rolling landscapes of Saiguède.
Avoid after heavy rain as some areas may be muddy.

The southern section of the Bouconne Forest trail
Starting from the Maison Forestière Saint-Louis, a short, rectangular route through the Bouconne Forest and the Bois de l’Isle-Jourdain, with no tarmac roads and no difficulty.
From the Bouconne Forest to Pujaudran
Circular starting from the forest house car park, mainly on paths with beautiful views. The start follows part of the Way of St James via Arles. The route to Pujaudran largely follows the GTP (Grand Tour de Pujaudran).

The Bouconne Forest from Pujaudran
Among the hiking routes available from Pujaudran is the CR2, the Bouconne Forest route.
This is a circular route to the north-east of Pujaudran, which crosses part of the forest via a forest track and continues along theGR®653trail, the Saint-Jacques path, almost to the Saint-Louis entrance, before returning up a small valley, following the central stream.
The Saint-Martory Canal starting from Labastidette
Walk between Labastidette and Le Lherm. Pass through the fields between Sardelis Castle and the aerodrome, then walk quietly along the Saint-Martory Canal.

The countryside around Pibrac and the edge of the Forest of Bouconne
This walk, with very little tarmac, takes you from Pibrac to the Bouconne Forest via a series of small paths through the countryside. With no particular difficulties, it is suitable for walkers of all ages.
The Bois de Monturon in Colomiers
This walk close to the city remains mostly rural and allows you to discover the pretty Pont Saint Jean bridge and the small Bois de Monturon forest. An ideal family walk with no difficulty.
Muret - Brioudes circular and return via the Via Garonna
From Quai Saint-Marcet, the old port on the Garonne in Muret, the route climbs the cliff via shaded steps to reach Rue de la Côté des Bênes. Simply follow the path to the Brioudes plateau, the leisure centre and the fitness trail.On the Brioudes plateau, in good weather, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mont Valier and other peaks in the Pyrenees. The return journey down the Côte de Bétance takes you back to the car park.
