Really lovely varied walk starting at Calton Lees and climbing up to Calton Pastures with great views over the surrounding area of Bakewell and Chatsworth House. After passing the house climb through Stand Wood and return to the car park via Beeley.

The route includes sections along the River Wye, visits Monsal Head, uses a section of the Monsal Trail and Great Shacklow Wood. The walk does have a sting in the tail as there is a lengthy ascent towards the end of the walk.

A gentle circular walk through 5 dales in the White Peak starting at Tideswell visiting Tideswell Dale, Miller's Dale, Water-cum-Jolly Dale, Cressbrook Dale and Tansley Dale. As well as seeing the beauty of these dales you pass two historic mills (Litton Mill & Cressbrook Mill now converted to flats) which were at the forefront of Britain's Industrial Revolution.
Tideswell is a bustling Peak District village with plenty of amenities and makes a perfect place to celebrate the completion of this walk.
