The first part of the hike was quite nice. We walked to point 8, but the Ballers rounds were no longer there, and tall grass and vegetation had taken over, so we went around the left side (through a field). At point 9, a local resident told us that the path was private and that we were not allowed to walk on it. I therefore advise you to go directly from point 7 to point 9. And then the hike on the road isn't really interesting. The rest is fine.

Please note that the passage at point 8 is blocked by four round bales of hay, preventing access.
This means you have to return to the D282 crossroads to take the road to point 9.
On the way back (6) (4) Do not take the same route as on the way there, but follow the beach. We noticed the extent of the green algae pollution.
Apart from that, it's a very beautiful walk.

A very beautiful walk along the coast, through pine forests and countryside, but there was a problem with stage 8: there were no signs indicating to turn right and walk along the field. After finding the path to the right of a metal gate, it seemed that this path was private, as the owners were unhappy to see us leaving the path that runs alongside the meadow!

This hike is very beautiful along the coastal path, and also very interesting when passing through the grey dunes at the beginning. However, the route through the bocage to the south is uninteresting, especially when compared to the neighbouring hike "around Le Caire". At low tide, you can also walk the entire coastline northwards along the beach and rocks. During the pandemic, this allows you to avoid "rubbing shoulders" with groups without masks on the narrow path at the top of the cliff. Currently, the gorse and blackthorn in bloom are magnificent.

The coastal section was very good. However, the inland section was difficult in places, very wet and lacking in signposting. Next time, we will stick to the coastal section and return via the beaches at low tide.
