Two loops around Cusy, Saint-Ours and Chainaz

These two easy loops form a figure of 8, on low-traffic roads, tracks and paths through fields and woods. They offer beautiful views of the Clergeon, the Bauges mountains, the Semnoz and even Lake Bourget. They also pass through the villages of Saint-Ours and Chainaz-Les-Frasses, offering views of the Château de Fésigny.

The Shepherds' Cross

A short family walk that leads to a beautiful view from the Croix des Bergers. No problem for children in good weather, of course. Allow 2½ hours for the round trip.
Creusates bog and Croix des Bergers from Crolles

This hike through the mountain pastures allows you to discover the Creusates peat bog and its educational trail, as well as the Croix des Bergers, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Bauges Massif and the surrounding mountains and Mont Blanc
Le Revard from Mouxy

This circuit takes you to Le Revard via the Chemin de la Crémaillère and back down via the Pas du Rebollion and the Col du Pertuiset. There are a few variations that add extra difficulty to this circuit. This circuit can be done in the opposite direction to the description.
Chalet du Trousset via the Sentier des Renards
Right from the start, there is a steep climb from Cusy to reach the Chalet du Trousset. The route then mostly follows beautiful trails and paths through the woods, offering lovely views in places.

From Mouxy to the Saint-Maurice Chapel
A country walk between Lac du Bourget and the foothills of Le Revard. Along the way, you will discover wash houses, a bread oven, a number of metal crosses perched on stone blocks, the slightly secluded Saint-Maurice Chapel, the old village of Clarafond, etc. And, weather permitting, more distant panoramic views.
There are no specific markings, but there are a few mountain bike markers here and there.
Two circulars to Chalet Pernet

The appeal of this outing is not so much the chalet itself, but the small hill nearby, which offers a panoramic view of the region's peaks.
It is also an opportunity to enjoy a beautiful hike on the plateau.
Circuit around the Col de la Cochette and the Altar of the Priest in Arith

This loop allows you to discover the north-eastern tip of the Plateau du Revard.
The gentle, rolling terrain offers views of the Bauges mountains, Lake Bourget and, at the highest point, a more extensive view of the Alps and Mont Blanc.
A short detour to the Autel du Curé will take you in the footsteps of the Revolutionary Terror in Savoie.
Le creux de Lachat via Le Mariet

A snowshoe hike enhanced by a stop at the Creux de Lachat refuge. It's always an opportunity to meet someone, even if it's just the caretaker.
Panoramic views of Les Bauges and, further away, Les Aravis and Mont Blanc.
Alpine pastures and Lake Mariet

A pleasant and easy hike in the heart of the Bauges Natural Park, mainly through the woods, allowing you to discover the Mariet mountain pastures dotted with pretty chalets and a small lake... a touch of water in a sea of flower-filled meadows.

The Fairy Cave from Brison-Saint-Innocent

A family walk with a return trip taking around two hours, including a visit to the cave. A simpler version of the existing hike, the Combe aux Moines and the Grotte des Fées, which is a little long for young children. Departure from the last car park accessible from the Chemin de la Grotte des Fées
Following comments, the difficulty has been changed to "Medium", which was not my initial perception as I did the walk with young children. Be careful on the monkey trail in particular

An easy walk offering a variety of landscapes, points of interest and pleasant views of Lake Bourget.
In autumn, you can find chestnuts and mushrooms.
The Saint-Jacques Towers loop
The Saint-Jacques Towers are a group of three monoliths that have broken away from the cliff and continue to slide 2 to 3 cm per year.
The suggested route allows you to see them from different angles, from above and below.
Along the way, note the paved road and the massive log barns.
Mont de Corsuet via the Meyrieux crosses

This is a hike with magnificent views of Lake Bourget, the Chat Mountains, the Chartreuse Mountains, as well as the Albanais and Bauges regions, on a well-maintained path.
La Féclaz le Revard round trip

This is a family hike that can be enjoyed in any season between two resorts in the Massif des Bauges.
With snow, a winter atmosphere is guaranteed, especially if you encounter dog sled teams.
In summer, it is a refreshing, shaded route.

Snowshoeing - Orionde circuit.

L'Orionde is not the best known or most popular spot on this circuit, but it offers panoramic views to the east and west.
The most famous site is, of course, the Croix du Nivolet, which, for once, happens to be on the route.
All in all, a beautiful loop with a succession of panoramic views.
Loop above Brison

This loop starts in Brison and climbs to the Croix de Meyrieu, then follows the ridge line to La Chambotte and returns to the starting point via a path through old vineyards. This walk offers numerous views of Lake Bourget.
