The Comtesse garden in Wambrechies
At the start of this route, you can visit the magnificent park and garden of the Countess de Robersart, who lived at the château of the same name in the 19th century. This perfectly circular garden contains many listed medicinal and perennial plants.You'll also appreciate this remarkable marina on the Canal de la Deûle.The rest of the route is a leisurely stroll on asphalt through the Wambrechies countryside.
Along the Marque in Marcq-en-Barœul
This short walk takes you on a stroll along the Marque, starting from Saint-Vincent Church in Marcq-en-Barœul.
From one bank of the Deûle to the other
The walk follows the Canal de la Deûle, on the towpaths on both banks: La Madeleine to the east and Saint-André to the west. A mixed urban and nature trail between two bridges. Several information boards on the La Madeleine side. The trail is also quite popular with cyclists and runners on the La Madeleine side.

Lomme Park in Lille
It’s a lovely little route through an urban park, which may seem ordinary but has its own charm.
Just behind Kinépolis and almost car-free.
Lomme Park is densely wooded, with a lake and some gentle hills. Personally, I really like this spot and often walk there, either forwards or backwards, for the peace and quiet.
Allow between 45 minutes and an hour without breaks, walking at a leisurely pace.
Countryside around Pérenchies, Houplines and Frelinghien
A pleasant circular route starting from Pérenchies, along small country roads and a few dirt tracks (muddy in winter). Along the way, you can enjoy blackberries (in season), you’ll come across horses (at the riding centres), and perhaps a heron, storks and flamingos.

Héron Regional Nature Reserve in Villeneuve-d'Ascq
Hike in the Héron Regional Nature Reserve in Villeneuve-d'Ascq: 110 hectares of water and nature to discover. Lac du Héron is connected to other smaller lakes, Lac de Canteleu, Lac Saint-Jean and Lac des Espagnols.

The Prémesques countryside
Prémesques, the starting village, is at the edge of the suburbs, close to Lomme and Pérenchies.This humble asphalt route could nonetheless satisfy joggers and provide plenty of fresh air for walkers. What else could you ask for?If you set off at daybreak, you might see a few partridges fly in, encounter a few rabbits and maybe even some hares.
Loos trail via Wattignies and Emmerin
Just a stone's throw from Lille, an easy stroll through unspoilt countryside, passing through the Emmerin wellfields. The end is a little urban before entering the leisure and nature park.
Comines (Belgium), the Route des Docks and the Route des Tilleuls
This route through the Comines countryside is accessible all year round, although the best time to visit is from April to October.
The hedges of trees and shrubs that separate the fields protect them from temperature fluctuations. They also help to slow down soil erosion by regulating water runoff and maintaining the flora and fauna.The alignments along the paths and roads are made up of pollarded willows or poplars.

The Balokken and Prés de la Lys in a circular fashion from Comines-Saint-Henri
The Parc des Prés de la Lys is a place for walking, heritage and wetland conservation, a picnic area, promoting soft mobility, etc. Its recent development (2022), which is still evolving, also offers a magnificent view of the two Comines, municipalities on the banks of the Lys.
The battle of Bouvines
A beautiful, varied and very natural route, especially the last 7 km.You can visit the church at Bouvines, with its stained-glass windows recounting the battle of the same name, the outcome of which contributed to the creation of France.
Bas-Warneton via the Houthem countryside, the Ypres-Comines canal and the Lys
Departure and arrival at the car park on the main square in Bas-Warneton via the countryside around Houthem. The walk follows the Ypres-Comines canal to the Lys river, then takes the towpath to the Bas-Warneton cemetery before arriving at the square in Bas-Warneton.

Starting from the Parc Mozaïc car park, a 15 km walk along the farm tracks of the Marais de la Deule, between Emmerin, Noyelles-lès-Seclin and Ancoisne.
