Parking in front of the entrance to the Parc de Loisirs et de Nature of Loos. It's best to park in the outdoor car park in front of the park, not inside it. If the car park is full, you can also use the cemetery car park on Rue Gustave Delory, 250m to the north, and walk to the starting point.
(S/E) Head south on Chemin de Flesquières. The asphalt soon gives way to a dirt track used by farm machinery. Follow this road for a kilometer and pass the foot of the electricity tower, where you'll find asphalt again (Rue Jacquet). Continue for a further 150m.
(1) Turn right. Follow Rue Hoche to the end.
(2) Cross the D145d and take the wide road opposite, on the edge of which stands the Monument aux Secouristes. Follow this road until you reach Rue Danton, which you turn right into. Cross the D952 (be careful as it is very busy and vehicles arrive quickly despite the 50km/h speed limit) and continue on the road opposite, which bends to the left 250m further on. 80m after the bend to the left, take the track opposite, passing a barrier.
(3) approx. 300m after the barrier, turn right into the driveway (Chemin de la Carperie). Follow the bends in this path to the 2nd crossroads.
(4) Turn right at the corner of a meadow, level with the pumping station. Follow this path under the trees and pass the fence. 100m further on, cross the road and take the dirt track opposite. Follow this farm track for 170 metres and turn right at the first fork in the road.
(5) 230m further on, take the left-hand path through the fields towards Emmerin. At the end of the path, follow the street in the middle of the housing estate, and at the end of the small car park, turn right into Allée des Grives. Turn left onto the first narrow path, bordered on one side by a vegetable garden and on the other by a wall. At the end of the path, cross the road to the right to find the entrance to Chemin de Ghermanez behind the calvary.
(6) Turn left and follow this path to the end. At the end of the path, turn right into Rue Gustave Delory. Continue for approx. 1km, crossing the D952 and entering Loos. Pass the Lycée Professionnel Gustave Duhamel,
(7) At the traffic lights, turn right into Rue de Geseke, which joins Rue de la Basse Marlière, which you follow to the right as far as the entrance to the Parc de Loisirs et de Nature.
(8) Entrance to the Parc de Loisirs et de Nature. Cross it as if you wish to exit via the car park entrance and return to your starting point (E).
