A pleasant route to discover the former gravel pits of Arsac, now transformed into lakes and ponds, the gravel pits of Avensan and the woods adjacent to them. The hike is on good, soft sandy paths. It offers a variety of landscapes and a great moment of nature after passing through the peaceful neighbourhoods of Arsac. The starting point is near the beautiful Saint-Germain church.

Lamarque loop via the ports of Lamarque and Arcins
Lamarque is located in the Médoc region, in the heart of the great wine appellations, south of the prestigious Saint-Julien Beychevelle and Pauillac appellations, and less than 10km north of Margaux.
The village is unique in that it has the highest point on the Médoc peninsula. The dome of the church, perched at a height of 35 metres, offers a unique and breathtaking view of the great wine region.
A straight, car-free route near Bordeaux

Close to the city yet very green and peaceful, this easy walk will help you unwind, thanks to the Bordeaux-Libourne TER train dropping you off at Gorp station. You can, for example, catch this TER from Bordeaux Saint-Jean station or Cenon station (check timetables). On the way back, the tram (lines A and C) will take you easily back to your starting point.

Short circular around Bordeaux-Nord through green spaces
This urban walk aims to connect some of the green spaces in northern Bordeaux, avoiding traffic as much as possible and taking less than two hours. As Bordeaux extends far to the north, it is impossible to visit all of its green spaces. The urban walk offers a fairly comprehensive view of Bordeaux, including middle-class neighbourhoods, working-class neighbourhoods, old neighbourhoods, renovated neighbourhoods, beautiful private gardens, and public gardens that are more or less accessible and well maintained. The balconies of Lormont: from the Château des Iris to the Château du Prince Noir
In the Bordeaux metropolitan area, this original circuit combines magnificent views of the Garonne, the Chaban-Delmas and Aquitaine bridges, the Cité du Vin and, further afield, a glimpse of "old" Lormont, all in a natural setting.
