Park in the Salle Soubeyran car park on Avenue de Soubeyran in Arsac.
(S/E) Cross the playgrounds to reach the road. At the pedestrian crossing opposite the stadium entrance, turn right and follow the small dividing hedge to the street of the housing estate.
(1) Turn left into the housing estate, continue straight ahead along Allée de l'Astrakan, then along the extension of Allée du Poitou. At the end of the cul-de-sac, take the path between the houses on the left, then turn right to follow the Laurina stream to the small bridge.
(2) Cross the small bridge and pass between the houses. Continue straight ahead to the end of the street and turn left onto the path that follows the meadow. Continue until you reach the paved road. Turn left to follow the D208 road.
(3) Take the white path on your left for 400 m at the edge of the woods, follow the forest and continue to the path before the high-voltage line
(4) Turn right onto the forest path until you reach the road (elevation 33). Cross the road and continue to the small stream.
(5) Turn right and follow the stream on the left bank to reach the paved road (watch out for traffic). Cross the road.
(6) Take the path on the left bank and follow it; there is only one. Cross a small wooden bridge at the edge of the forest, turn right and walk along the coppice. Join the bank between the small and large ponds.
(7) Turn slightly left to cross the field (this area can sometimes be muddy), then turn right onto the white path. Turn left (there is a dead end opposite), then right. Join the separation between the banks of the ponds.
(8) Go straight between the two ponds, continuing to follow the white path that goes around the lake. Reach the entrance to the housing estate at the small peninsula.
(9) Leave the lake shore by turning left to reach the tarmac road. At the crossroads (elevation 22), follow Rue du Prince to the left. You will arrive at the D208 and the fork you passed on the way there.
(3) Cross over and immediately take the path on the left, following the same route as on the way out to return to the car park (S/E).
