Épaulement de la Frache via Tête de la Grave
The route starts south of Ventoux, at a place called Le Belvédère, and joins the beech forests on the northern slope. It offers beautiful views of the Baronnies, the eastern part of Ventoux and crosses a varied environment: forest, scree, meadows... A short passage on scree on the northern flank may put some people off.
The mountains of Bouvrège and Croc via the old Fort de Mévouillon
It is an exceptional route, mostly along ridges with magnificent views of Ventoux, Montagne de Lure, the Méouge and Ouvèze valleys, and the peaks of Baronnies: Buc, Bergiès, Chamouze, Vanige, Clavelière. The hike takes you on a journey of discovery through the region's historical heritage and passes by the site of the former Fort de Mévouillon. Considered a threat by the king, the fort was razed to the ground in 1684. Several buildings (houses, churches) were built using stones from the old fort. The route is fairly wild and little frequented.
Combes de Coste Chaude and Saint-André from Monieux
This route around the medieval village of Monieux follows two valleys linked by old communal paths. In places, you will find remains of the dry stone walls that lined these paths. This route takes you through unspoilt countryside.
Côteau de la Meynière and Brancouï from Saint-Jean
A varied route starting from Saint-Jean de Sault, with paths through the undergrowth or at the bottom of a valley, passages over old charcoal kilns and the discovery of a long path that is now almost forgotten, but was once used by charcoal burners on the Coteau de la Meynière.

Brantes - Savoillan

From Chalet Reynard, climb up to Pas de la Frache and descend via a wild path on the north face to reach Tête de la Grave.
Vallat du Loup and Vallat des Fourches
This wild trail takes in the mythical lower Vallat du Loup. If you can't spot a wolf, you might spot wild boar or hear a roe deer barking. You return to Le Défens via a little-known combe.

An easy circular walk around Brantes, a village perched in the Toulourenc valley, known as the village of talented artists and craftspeople, following theGR®® 91 and 9 trails as well as a few forgotten paths. A splendid panorama first over the ridges of the northern Ventoux, then a beautiful view of the Geine mountain, Plaisians and the Nible.At the end of the walk, there is the option of a self-guided tour of the village, with its terraced steps and scree slopes where junipers, broom, twisted almond trees and, of course, brambles cling to the rock.

Ventoux from the south: forests and rocks
This is an easy hike through beautiful forest landscapes and splendid trees. It is followed by a steep climb to join the GR® trail and go around the summit. The descent is pleasant, through scree slopes, with splendid views. Although difficult, this hike allows you to explore the "giant of Provence" with its varied landscapes depending on the season.

As in other places, the southern face of Mont Ventoux was a place where ice was produced. This route passes along some of the paths once used to transport ice to Bédoin.
Around the Combe Brune
A hike in the Ventoux area, on little-used trails and good tracks. The forest offers a wide variety of tree species.
Although this circuit is not physically demanding, it is suitable for experienced hikers as the trails are poorly marked or unmarked. Mont Ventoux is a mountain and caution is advised.

Mont Ventoux via the north face
Complete ascent of Mont Ventoux via the north face from the Chapelle Saint-Basile in the commune of Saint-Léger du Ventoux.

The Chamouse mountain in a circular route from Izon-la-Bruisse
This is the second stage of the Tour de la Méouge, which you can skip but which is so beautiful! It's a distillation of the nature of the Baronnies Provençales, from the sunny Provençal adret with its aromatic scents to the humid beech forests, passing through pastures and lavender fields. A wild atmosphere and breathtaking views are guaranteed, especially on the Chamouse ridges.
The Crête de Chabre loop via Eygalayes and Ballons
This is the second stage of a three-day circuit on the crests of the Méouge and Ouvèze rivers. Starting and ending in Izon-la-Bruisse, the route passes through the two pretty villages of Eygalayes and Ballons before reaching the Crête de Chabre for a splendid view of the Dévoluy, the Écrins and the Ventoux.
From Izon-la-Bruisse to Saint-Auban-sur-l'Ouvèze via Perty and Arsuc
This is the third and final stage of a three-day tour of the Méouge and Ouvèze ridges. You first pass through the western face of the Montagne de Chamouse, with its magnificent beech forests, before reaching the remarkable Col de Perty. Then, you'll follow the ridge for several kilometres via the summit of Arsuc and Serre de Charbouisse, enjoying breathtaking views of the Alps and the Ouvèze valley. The last third of the day allows you to explore the hamlets of the valley, in a pretty rural setting.
Izon-la-Bruisse - Orpierre
Another beautiful stage to reach the medieval village of Orpierre, surrounded by its famous cliffs. Straddling the Céans and Méouge valleys, this time it is the endless, narrow Chabre ridge that serves as the guiding thread for the hike, culminating in the picturesque Col Saint-Ange and its climbing walls.
Vallat de Saume Morte and Vallat de Peisse
A circuit to the cliffs of the Gorges de la Nesque, through several wild combs and along balcony trails, with beautiful views of the Gorges de la Nesque and the Rocher du Cire as a bonus.
