Access: In Sault, follow the D164 towards Mont Ventoux. At the first hairpin bend, turn right onto the small road signposted "Le Chemin des Lavandes".
Park in the small car park on the right after the hamlet of Le Vallon.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, turn left and then immediately right at the Chemin des Lavandes sign. Leave the path on your right and continue along the road. Shortly afterwards, you will see an information sign on your left: La Botanique. Walk a few steps until you reach the Vallon signpost.
(1) Continue straight ahead on the tarmac road towards Saint-Pierre Ouest (the path on the right will be the return route). Enjoy the different lavender fields with their varying shades of colour depending on the variety.
(2) At the next crossroads, ignore the road on the left and then the road on the right. Pass a house (art exhibition) and continue straight ahead. Pass Les Michouilles and you will arrive at the sign for La Culture.
Continue along the road, pass Grange Neuve and Truc, then reach the sign for La Récolte. Continue to the Saint-Pierre Ouest junction.
(3) Turn right to quickly reach the Saint-Pierre crossroads. Keep right on the road, pass a road on the left and continue for about 200 metres to the next junction.
(4) Turn right, heading for the large chimney of a distillery. At the first building, you will see a sign for "Distillation". Continue along the road that goes around the farm, and after the last building, continue straight ahead on the grassy path. It follows a stream lined with willow trees, runs alongside fields of lavender, and then joins the road at the Vallon signpost.
(1) Turn left onto the road to return to the car park (S/E).
