Description of the walk

(S/E) From the car park opposite the pond, take the signposted path on the right.

(1) Walk past the hamlet of Le Gouave, cross the road, and continue along the path for 500 metres.

(2) At the county road, walk 100 m to the right, then turn right onto a path leading to the Gouave mill.

(3) Turn left onto a lovely path that takes you to the washhouse and the Chapel of Saint Thomas. The enclosure once housed the parish vicarage, which was destroyed in the17th century.

(4) Turn right at the chapel to walk through the housing estate before skirting it on the left. Cross the wooden bridge, then take the path on your left to return to the pond and your starting point (S/E).
