Around the Yves Courpon Estate
Les Amis du Domaine Yves Coupon invite you to join them for a walk with family or friends in the heart of nature to discover our local heritage, the Yves Courpon estate. You will pass through various localities in the communes of Cavignac and Cézac.
This is a pleasant, well-marked walk with black ADYC markings on a yellow background, just under 7 km long, through the vineyards.
Moulin de Charlot from Pont au Pin
Hike mainly through the forest along the Saye valley. The route is shaded, mainly following paths through the undergrowth.

Charlot Mill
The route is slightly hilly, with a significant section in the woods, ending at the edge of a very picturesque pond. This is a particularly suitable spot for a picnic, but bring a table as the few available are often occupied by fishermen.

Guîtres Abbey, walk in the Gabay region
The starting point of the route, Guîtres Abbey (11th and 15th centuries) is an imposing monument located on the Way of St James. We will continue our walk through the gentle Pays Gabay (pronounced gabaye) to meet three rivers, the Isle, the Dronne and the Lary.
