Les Bonnes Fontaines de Courbefy
Discover the Bonnes Fontaines de Courbefy, unique places of worship that are found in large numbers in Limousin. Those in Courbefy were particularly renowned and frequented, one of them even accompanied by a cross covered with ex-votos, offerings and marks of devotion.
Courbefy is an abandoned village, and the announcement of its sale made international headlines a few years ago.

Circular of bridges at the foot of Jumilhac Castle
This is a pleasant, shaded walk, away from roads, along the banks of the River Isle, at the foot of the Château de Jumilhac-le-Grand. Have fun counting the number of bridges you cross. Here's a clue: you can count them on the fingers of one hand.

This route incorporates several PDIPR (Departmental Plan for Walking and Hiking Routes) trails, allowing you to explore the Forest of Boubon and the surroundings of Cussac.
A short circular loop along the Dronne upstream of the Trou de Philippou
This circular loop starting from Saint-Saud-Lacoussière heads down along the Dronne, following it for around 2 km. Much of the path is shaded. You can make a short detour to cool off at the Grand Étang at the end of the route. You can also start from the Grand Étang and join the loop via the GR®361.
Through the Forêts d'Aixe and Loges
A pleasant walk in the forest, in all seasons and in all weathers.Please note: from 30 November 2024 to 31 January 2025, the path between (5) and (6) will be closed for forestry work.At the Beauregard farm, take the road between points (3) and (6) and continue the route.
The Saut du Chalard
A circular alternative to the walk to Saut du Chalard takes you along the rushing Dronne river on a slightly difficult path at the bottom of a wooded valley that is always shaded.

This walk has been created in memory of Bernard, from the Amis de Chalucet Association and a great Camino walker who also walked to Rome and Bremen.

A lovely walk through the rolling countryside of the Périgord Vert, well marked between meadows and woods.

A walk in the countryside completes your visit to Saint-Jean-de-Côle, one of the most beautiful villages in France, first along the hillside, on the shaded route of the old railway line, and then on the crest of the hills overlooking the Côle valley.
Papeterie de Vaux - Pont Laveyrat circular
On this hike, you will visit the Vaux paper mill, two oval barns located at the "crossroads" of the three departments of Dordogne, Corrèze and Haute-Vienne.
Halfway through the hike, you will discover Pont Laveyrat, which, along with the "Moulin de la Papeterie" (paper mill) marked "Moulin de la résistance" (resistance mill), is a major site of the resistance with its memorial. This path connects Périgord and Corrèze.
On the way back, you will pass by the botanical trail with 30 identified trees.
