In Search of The King of the Belgians
A pub crawl to the Huntingdonshire pub known as The King of the Belgians.
The unique pub name of The King of the Belgians is not the only reason to search out this hostelry. It has an excellent range of ales, offers good food, provides good company and has an intriguing history with regard to its names. This walk uses the road from Houghton so it is an easy stroll with other pubs along the route.
Ferry Meadows Walk 2
This walk starts and finishes at Northcutt's Garden Centre (PE2 5UU) which has an excellent restaurant. It encompasses walking around Overton and Gunwade lakes nearly all on hard footpaths.

Etton to Maxey, Cambridgeshire
Nice walk from Etton using minor roads and bridleways to reach Maxey, then returning to Etton via roads in northern Cambridgeshire. Excellent views over the pools from the gravel pits and the observation stations give views of water birds like Greylag Geese.
Oakington, Rampton and Longstanton
A largely rural walk through three villages near Cambridge with interesting churches. One section passes an old airfield being developed as the new town of Northstowe.
Market Deeping to Maxey, Cambridgeshire
This walk starts at the car park by Market Deeping shopping centre, leads you to lovely Castle End in Maxey, before returning on a footpath along the River Welland.
