In the second part, along the banks of the Dordogne, the trail takes you through the quayside district of Argentat and continues to a nature reserve. At the end of the trail, you cross the Dordogne via the Sablier dam.

This route takes you along a very quiet road and narrow paths on either side of the Viaduc des Rochers Noirs viaduct to a metal suspension footbridge over the Luzège. Lovely views of the viaduct and the Luzège Valley.

You will set off to explore the natural heritage of Soursac by heading towards Lac du Pont-Aubert. You will follow the Tacot trail, visiting the Jardin de Firmin and its cabin with a breathtaking view over the Luzège Valley. You will reach the Viaduc des Rochers Noirs and the Himalayan footbridge.
