Park in the car park at the entrance to the Étangs des Ramandes.
(S/E) Head north-east along the forest track to reach the tarmac road. At the junction, follow the road to the left.
(1) At the first junction, turn right onto the forest track, which you’ll leave immediately by taking the path on the left. At the next junction, continue along the track on the left.
(2) When you reach a small stream, do not cross it, but follow it along the path to the right.
At the spring, take a detour by following the path round a bend to the right and then to the left. Further on, leave the track and take the path on the right.
(3) You’ll come out onto a forest track. Cross it and carry on straight ahead.
(4) At the junction, turn right onto the path, then right again onto the tarmac road at the next junction. Shortly afterwards, head back down the forest track to the left to reach the ponds (S/E).
