Dolmen and fountains in the Vaour region
This hike in the Vaour region, between Quercy and Albigeois, alternates between Celtic and Roman paths in a Causse landscape dotted with dolmens and numerous fountains.
Several pretty villages: Saint-Michel-de-Vax, Roussayrolles and Peyralade have remarkable buildings.
The hike offers beautiful panoramic views between the Grésigne forest and the Aveyron valley to the north.

Bonnan Valley Trail
Landscapes of cliffs and valleys in the Bonnan valley and the Grézelles forest. This route only uses paths and tracks in the middle of unspoilt nature.
This is the classic version of the Vallée de Bonnan trail, as described in the Tarn à pied guidebook and on the FFRP information sheets.
Bonnan, another side of the Bonne Vallée
A little-used trail to discover a wild part of the Bonnan Valley. Wide tracks and pretty little paths running along both sides of the Bonnan stream offer a different view of the valley.
Maraval Trail
This pleasant loop in the Cordais hills, between vineyards and woods, allows you to discover a unique geological feature (the rougiers) and beautiful views of the villages of Cordes and Tonnac. The hike was created by the Tarn department and marked by volunteers from the FFRandonnée.
Trails and woods north-west of Itzac
A pleasant circular route for exploring the Gaillac vineyards, crossing the valleys and hillsides of the Tarn with ease. This hike is not recommended in hot weather as there is little shade.

Penne - Les Suquets - Gorges de l'Aveyron
From the banks of the Aveyron, this hike offers a breath of fresh air to those who enjoy walking in the woods and provides some lovely views along the way. At the start, the Rocher de Suquets offers a beautiful viewpoint over the fortified site of Penne and, on the way back, the descent to the hamlet of Amiel provides lovely views of the cliffs of the Gorges de l'Aveyron.
The Cirque de Bône via the Côte de Ouf
This is a lovely, varied and undulating hike, partly along the banks of the Aveyron, offering superb views of the Cirque de Bône. To reach this viewpoint, you will have to climb the aptly named Côte de Ouf. From the plateau, you will overlook the river and the cirque before starting your return to the pretty village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.

This is a loop that will take you up from the banks of the Aveyron to the Grotte de la Gourgue.
You will return via the Cirque de Nibouzou.

Côte de "Ouf" and Cirque de Bône
This is a beautiful loop along the banks of the Aveyron River, reaching a surprising viewpoint over the Cirque de Bône.
The climb to the viewpoint is a tough one called the Côte de Ouf.
Numerous landscapes of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and its river await hikers.
The return journey passes at the foot of Brousse through pretty woods and, in part, along the Aveyron once again.
The Cirque de Bône
This path follows the edge of the Aveyron river and then goes around the Cirque de Bône. There are several viewpoints from which you can admire the Aveyron valley and the limestone cliffs.
Campagnac - Itzac: among beautiful stones, vineyards and hillsides
This is an easy hike, ideal for a half-day, which allows you to discover the beautifully restored houses of two small villages and takes you through hills and valleys, ending with a walk through part of the Gaillac vineyards.
Autour de Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val et au-dessus des Gorges de l'Aveyron
This hike, starting from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, will also allow you to discover the Gorges de l'Aveyron. This 14 km loop will give you a beautiful view of the limestone plateaus between Rouergue and Quercy. You will also find a place of historical memory with the Maquis d'Ornano.
Les Suquets de Penne
From the rock village of Penne, the circuit takes hikers to the Suquets viewpoint.
Countryside and forests share the multifaceted landscape of limestone cliffs.
Steep climbs and descents will delight the more athletic walkers.
The end of the route is a peaceful walk along the Aveyron river before a final short climb at the foot of the village.
Penne Bruniquel loop
A beautiful rollercoaster route in the heart of nature. From woodland to plateaus, you will walk along paths on either side of the Aveyron between two remarkable medieval villages.
The outward journey takes you along unmarked but easily recognisable paths that are rarely used.
The return journey is entirely on theGR®46trail, marked in red and white, and is easy to follow.
Around Saint-Beauzile
Let's set off to explore a multifaceted environment from the small village of Saint-Beauzile. After passing through dense, wild undergrowth, where we take forgotten paths, the route becomes more open, allowing us to discover gently rolling countryside where vineyards and cereal crops coexist harmoniously. There is a little tarmac, but on very quiet roads.
Cazals - Belvédère du Cirque de Bône loop
This gentle hike takes you from the small village of Cazals to the Cirque de Bône viewpoint, overlooking the meander of the same name. The paths, often through woodland, lead you here and there to a few hamlets and beautiful dovecotes, some of which are unfortunately in a state of disrepair. The end of the route offers beautiful views of the Aveyron and the village of Brousses perched on its cliff.
Loop to the south of Cordes-sur-Ciel
This loop allows you to visit the Chapelle Saint-Jean, an endearing place with a strong link to the history of Cordes-sur-Ciel.
The tour ends in the tourist centre of the bastide town of Cordes for a well-deserved visit and break.
Around the Gourgue
Walk between the limestone plateau and the valley with old mossy box trees, views of the Roc d'Anglars, and the discovery of a cave and the Trou de la Gourgue with its turquoise blue water that supplies part of the village of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.

In this beautiful region of Rouergue, near Saint-Antonin, Caylus and the Bonnette valley, we walk along paths and through valleys, passing mills, beautiful Rouergate buildings, chapels and wash houses.
Le Rocher Tremblant
Walk in the Bonnette valley between fields and forest with views of the Château de Cas and a strange rock formation known as Rocher Tremblant. You will pass two mills that have been converted into homes, a restored old church, a restored old bread oven and other small stone structures typical of our region (low walls, cazelles, etc.).
