Parking available next to the Roussayrolles cemetery.
(S/E) With your back to the town hall and the picnic tables on your left, walk past the cemetery. Follow Chemin du Touron to the bend and take the grassy path on the right.
(1) At the crossroads marked by a stone cross, high up on the right, turn left. The path widens and, after an open section, continues as a dirt and stone track. This rather unpleasant section ends at Chemin du Touron: make sure you close the gate behind you.
(2) Cross the road and continue to a shed at a nearby crossroads. Continue straight ahead, following the shed, then pass Fourcou. Keep to the left until you reach Pas de la Clède.
(3) Turn left onto the wide uphill track. Keep an eye out for a cairn, also on the left. In front of this cairn, scramble up the small path that leads to the Peyrelevado dolmen, also known as the Fourcou dolmen.
(4) Leave the dolmen and continue along the small path to rejoin the track you left earlier. Continue for a good hundred metres until you reach the next intersection.
(5) Turn right and then immediately right again. The path descends to the edge of the Lauger stream, not the Laussière stream as indicated on the IGN map.
(6) Head left. The wide, gently sloping track runs along the right bank of the Lauger, then crosses it near Laussière and the first ruined mill. Arrive at a place called Laussière.
(7) Pass it. Stay on the left bank of the stream and note other remains: ruins and mill wheels. Further on, the path becomes a narrow trail and then climbs quite steeply until it joins the Peyralade road. Follow this road to the left for about 150 metres. Ignore the first path on the left and continue to the second.
(8) Turn sharply left onto this second small path, which is not marked on the IGN map but is clearly marked. Pass behind the Vignals house, join the road and continue straight ahead. At the triangular crossroads, head straight towards the centre of Roussayrolles to find the cemetery and the car park (S/E).
