Comtesse Circular
Starting from the Comtesse dovecote, this walk on the outskirts of Toulouse allows you to discover some of the heritage sites of Ramonville and Auzeville, while following paths that are captivating for their plant and botanical diversity.

Route of the hillsides south of Toulouse
This beautiful walk through the hills south of Toulouse will take you on a journey of discovery through a wide variety of landscapes. You’ll walk in turn through lush green plains, peaceful woodland and charming hills which, at times, offer magnificent panoramic views of the majestic Pyrenees.

Pechbusque circular loop
This easy route south of Toulouse will take you on a tour of the area around the village of Pechbusque, through plains and woodland and along streams.
On a clear, cloudless day, there are stunning panoramic views of the Toulouse conurbation, the hillsides and the Pyrenees.
The countryside around Vieille-Toulouse
On the outskirts of Toulouse, this is a rural hike that is a little challenging (steep slopes) but not too difficult, with a long, very pleasant stretch through the woods in the middle, which can be very muddy when it rains.
This hike follows several PR® trails marked in yellow. Ignore these markings.
Circular Bécane starting from Vieille-Toulouse
Connecting the village of Vieille-Toulouse to that of Pechbusque via the Way of St James, this walk takes hikers through wooded, shaded areas crossed by the Bécane stream. The church of Pechbusque, a stopping place for pilgrims, will charm visitors with its stained glass windows and furnishings.
Strongly discouraged in wet weather.
From the Oncopôle cable car station to the Portet ferry
A short walk starting from the Téléo Oncopôle station towards the Portet ferry, taking the Via Garona and then following the Garonne. You can reach the starting point by taking metro line B to Paul Sabatier station, then taking the cable car to the Oncopôle terminus.
Grand tour of the Lauragais hillsides from Castanet
A pleasant circular starting from the centre of Castanet-Tolosan, which partly follows the GR®653, the route from Arles to Compostela, and allows you to discover the peace and nature of the Lauragais hills. In good weather, the view of the Pyrenees from the Rebigue orientation table is magnificent. Beautiful views of the countryside and Toulouse at the end of the route.There is little tarmac outside the urban area at the start and finish.There is a variant (7) which shortens the hike by 3 km (10.5 km, 3 hours): see description in the Practical Information section

A challenging circuit on the outskirts of Toulouse.
Just outside Toulouse, this is a short, invigorating circuit. There is a bit of tarmac when crossing Castanet (1.3 km), but the rest is made up of paths and beautiful trails. The countryside is just a few kilometres from Toulouse. Avoid this circuit after heavy rain as some sections will be difficult to navigate.
Vigoulet–Auzil circular loop
A lovely walk around the village of Vigoulet-Auzil, between the Ruisseau du Pont d’Auzil and the Ruisseau du Réganel.
Perfect for enjoying on your own or with the family, on foot or while running, in any season, and especially in summer, to enjoy the cool, damp atmosphere of the forest.
Île du Ramier via the footbridges from Empalot to Esquirol

Starting from Empalot, the walk joins the Prairie des Filtres and ends at Esquirol, a pocket of wild nature hidden in the heart of the city. The Garonne River flows through it.
