Description of the walk

Access via Castanet-Tolosan. Park in the car park near the Castanet lock.

(S/E) With your back to the car park, head right towards the lock and the canal, cross the bridge and turn left. Continue along the Canal du Midi on your left until you reach the Pont de Mange-Pommes.

(1) Cross the canal and turn left towards Port Sud.

(2) From the Port Sud Harbour Master’s Office, go round the harbour to the right then follow the canal to the Castanet-Tolosan Lock to return to the car park (S/E).
