Departure from Équirre Castle, which is also a campsite with fishing ponds. Parking is available nearby.
(S/E) Head south-southeast, leaving the château behind you, on the D71.
(1) After about 200 metres, take the first road on the left heading north, Rue des Avesnes, which is quite steep. Continue to the next crossroads.
(2) At elevation 153, cross the road and continue straight ahead to the next crossroads.
(3) At the crossroads with a calvary, elevation 164, cross the road and take the path opposite heading east-north-east, with a World War II blockhouse and casemate on the right. Continue to the next crossroads.
(4) Turn left heading north until you reach the D93, turn right and follow the departmental road for 200 metres.
(5) At the start of the right-hand bend, take the left-hand path heading north-north-west, pass a water tower and enter the village of Prédefin.
(6) Turn right at the road and immediately left onto the path, then left again to reach the church. Follow the GRP® Tour du Ternois Nord.
(7) Opposite the church, turn left and continue along the road heading west-southwest until you reach a Y-junction. Follow the road to the left, still on the GRP®, until you reach the next junction.
(8) At the crossroads near a broken calvary, cross the road and continue along the path opposite, still heading west-southwest, until you reach a path that may be cultivated. After 100 m, head for the corner of the meadow slightly to the right, follow the fence and then head for the hedge on the right again. The distance between the two roads is approximately 400 m.
(9) At the next crossroads, cross and continue straight ahead on the GRP®. When you reach the road, turn left heading south.
(10) At the Y-junction, turn left onto a path, still on the GRP® heading south-east, continue on the GRP® to the village of Équirre.
(11) Turn left onto Grande Rue and head for the castle car park (S/E).
