A lovely walk through the hills and along the paths, with very few main roads apart from at the end of the route; the route is well signposted and easy to follow. Just one small comment: not everyone has a compass, so at certain points it would be better to give more specific directions rather than simply saying to head north-north-east. We’ll do this route again later in the season when the vegetation is a bit more lush and there’s a bit more sunshine.

Yet another pointless description – the walk is very well signposted... No need for a map or an app... Just wander freely without having to hold a map or your phone in your hand... I’d add that it’s very easy to create routes from existing ones!
