The seven hanging valleys from Praia da Marinha
This unmissable hike in the Algarve connects two magnificent beaches: Praia de Marinha and Praia do Vale de Centeanes. The trail takes you to discover vertiginous cliffs, golden sandy beaches, chasms carved out by the ocean and, if you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins! It is accessible to families and does not present any technical difficulties.

All in all, an easy hike in a truly sublime, wild and rugged setting. It is a limestone plateau with scrub vegetation and magnificent views from the ridge.
From Aljezur to Arrifana
This sixth stage is varied. You leave Aljezur via the Camino historico and, after a steep climb, descend gently towards the mouth of the Ribeira de Aljezur. You then take the coastal path with superb panoramic views from the cliff edge. The end of the route takes you through a pleasant pine forest and then open terrain.
From Carrapateira to Vila do Bispo
This eighth stage is relatively short but challenging! The first half takes place along the coast, on trails that alternate between ascents and descents, some of which are steep. Superb panoramic views await you. The second part takes place inland.
