A beautiful loop starting from Innerthal (906m) on the shores of the Wägitalersee.
This loop will take you to the Bockmattli (1932m), with beautiful views of the lake during much of the ascent. After the Bockmattlihütte, the terrain becomes rockier until you reach the summit.

This loop can be completed in a day, but it is more comfortable to spend the night in the welcoming Windgällenhütte. A beautiful balcony trail once you have crossed the very steep Bockistock corridor. The steep climb is then rewarded. Swimming is possible in the charming little Golzerensee lake.
