The start is at Reviry. If you're coming from Mouron-sur-Yonne, go down in front of the town hall, continue past the church and a few hundred metres further on, you'll see two large stones on the left. Take the path immediately to the left of the house and about 50m further up, there's a car park.
You're now on the hiking trail. It's very well signposted, with yellow markings.
(S/E) Go up into the woods on the path and a little further up, take the left-hand path. Ignore the exits on the right to reach a crossroads.
(1) Go straight ahead (North-East), keep left at the next fork and continue until you reach a junction with a gravel road.
(2) Cross the road and go straight ahead. Leave a crossroads on your right and continue in the same direction to reach a crossroads (le Mauvais Pas).
(3) Turn right, go downhill for about 500m.
(4) Turn left, then right about 50m further on. Then continue straight up, ignoring the starts on either side and keeping a general southeasterly direction. Reach a junction.
(5) Enter the woods again. You'll come to the south, to Montreuillon, where you'll find the Yonne ditch.
(6) Follow the channel to the Montreuillon aqueduct.
(7) Cross the aqueduct and continue to follow the channel (the markings go up slightly above the channel). The signposting follows the channel and climbs up its left bank. Follow the ditch until the marker takes you down to the right.
(8) A few kilometres further on, turn right, leave the gully (yellow markings) and go down the path. At the bottom, turn right, the path leads to Chandelier. Continue straight on, crossing the Yonne. You'll pass the Chapelle Saint Elymon and the former Grands Moulins factory.
(9) You'll come to the D126 road, turn left and immediately right up Mouron sur Yonne, and you'll come to Reviry. Turn right and 50m further on, you'll come to the little path with the two large stones which leads up to your car on the right (S/E).
