Starting point: Cap Coz harbour car park.
GR®® ®34 marked in white and red
(S/E) From the car park, walk up the beach facing Penfoulic Cove and join the embankment where you will find theGR®®34markings. Walk along this cove.
(1) Leaving the road, turn right onto a path overlooking the beach and continue to the dyke where the Old Tidal Mill is located (the Dyke on the map)
(2) Cross the dyke, then turn right onto the coastal path and follow it, passing the oyster farm and arriving at the footbridge that leads to the Port la Forêt water sports centre.
Off the marked trail
(3) Leave theGR®®34and turn left onto the Route de Stang al Lestrec (near a wash house), an uphill street, then turn left onto Rue de la Haie for about 50 metres before turning right onto Chemin de Pouligou.
Blue markings (very old)
(4) Follow this path on the right, which veers left to join the Prat ar Zant road.
Yellow markings (very old)
Turn left to reach the end of the cove.
(5) continue along the path to reach the dyke you have already crossed.
Green markings (very old)
(2) Cross it again and continue to the right along the dyke path which climbs upwards (signposted Maison des Marais).
(6) At the intersection, leave the path leading to the Maison des Marais on your right and continue climbing on the left. Continue straight ahead, then turn left and then right to find a new street.
(7) Turn left into Allée de Penfoulic and cross the road at the school. Continue up this street, then follow the signs for "camping de Kersentic" and go through the roundabout.
(8) Turn left and follow this small, enclosed road downhill. Pass the Loc Hilaire horse farm on your left. Continue along the road.
Off the marked route
(9) Turn left and go around the campsite. After the hamlet of Kersentic, turn right towards the water sports centre.
(10) Take the path that runs alongside the lake and pass close to the main building. At the roundabout on the left, take thefirst exit, Rue Hent Treuz, and turn right at thesecond turn to reach the beach. Walk along the left-hand side of the beach to reach the car park (S/E).
