Access: From Fouesnant, follow the D45 towards Beg Meil. At the roundabout signposted Cap Coz, turn left. The car park is on the right, about 300 metres before the beach.

(S/E) From the car park, follow the road down to the beach. After about 300 m, turn right onto the coastal path.
GR®®34markings: White and red
(1) The start ofthe GR®® is clearly marked. Follow this path overlooking the sea. On the left, you will have a beautiful view of Cap Coz beach. Continue along this path, which winds between old maritime pines and runs alongside beautiful properties on the right. Pass the small Bot Conan beach, where you will need to go down to the beach and reach Lantecost beach after going around an original kiosk (the "beach pavilion" of Bot Conan castle). Cross this small beach and climb about 200 m to a car park.
GR®®34markings: White and red + yellow markings
(2) Turn left and continue along the coastal path. Continue, go around Roche Percée and reach Kerveltrec Beach, where you will need to descend via a staircase carved into the rock, which can be slippery in wet weather.
(3) Climb back up a little further to an old stone bathing hut. The path continues between beautiful properties on the right and views of the bay with the entrance to the port of La Forêt-Fouesnant.
(4) You will come to a new wooden staircase leading down to the beach, then climb back up the path that goes around the Lanroz property. Continue, following the markings carefully, as the path winds its way between various houses to reach Chemin de la Cale.
(5) Walk down a few metres, then turn right onto Chemin Creux, which you will follow until you reach the path leading to Plage des Oiseaux on the left.
(6) Then you have no choice. You enter the newly developed area: a strip of about 1.40 m will take you along the seafront, framed by high palisades.
(7) This will take you to the point where the semaphore is located. Along the way, take a few glances at the seaside and, on your right, at the beautiful properties. Continue westwards along this path, which runs alongside Plage des Dunes and then the Dunes Domaniales de Beg Meil, planted with maritime pines. You will reach the start of Plage de Kermil.
Yellow markings
(8) Leave theGR®®, which continues along the coast, and turn right heading north. Go past the first roundabout and follow the small road called Chemin de Kerlosquen. Continue, ignoring the streets and dead ends on the right and left.
After a campsite, at the three-way junction, turn left onto Chemin de Kerdero, which continues onto Chemin de Hent Galzadeg.
(9) Turn left onto Chemin Vinogen Louarn (Fox Alley). This leads to Chemin de Kerprigent, which continues along a grassy path lined with trees. At the end, turn right to join the D45, which you will follow to the left along the cycle path for about 250 metres.
(10) Cross at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight ahead, then turn left into the first street. At the crossroads, turn right onto the road leading down to the beach.
Off the marked trail
(11) At the three-way junction, turn left and follow the wide path that runs alongside the Château de Bot Conan estate, dating from 1899. Continue along the orchards of an organic kiwi producer.
At Kerscolper, continue straight ahead, passing a campsite on your left, until you reach Descente de Bellevue, where you will find the car park (S/E).
